Network Management Tools and Facilities
In conjunction with our managed Cisco edge devices, the NOC allows our clients to access statistics and diagnostics for any of their connections in real time as well as providing monthly trend and utilisation reports.
The Stripe 21 NOC analyses problems, performs troubleshooting, communicates with site technicians and provides trend reporting and billing collateral for network services. When necessary, the NOC escalates problems to the appropriate staff within the Stripe 21 or Client organisation. For severe conditions that are impossible to anticipate, such as a client power failure or a damaged carrier optical fibre cable, our NOC has procedures in place to immediately contact technicians to remedy the problem.
Primary responsibilities of NOC personnel may include:

- Communications management
- Traffic Trend and Billing Analysis Reporting
